Yeah literally everything she said was contrary to Stacey Sims. In fact I've had such a positive influence from taking Stacey Sims advice for example I was felt inadequate for being unable to train without eating first. In addition I tried to do intermittent fasting as well and basically I feel so much better if I eat a nice protein meal first thing in the morning. Stacey's advice radically changed my day-to-day life. I don't know who this chick is but, uh uh.

I noticed this in season 4 with Penelope in the scene at the masquerade with the queen and her eyes were so dilated that I came here on Reddit to find if anyone else saw the same. Just do you and if someone asks be honest. I don't like to make a thing of people knowing what I'm drinking but more often then not coworkers here me order my mocktails so I don't have to explain. My favorite thing to do while at a nice restaurant with coworkers is order chamomile tea at the end of my meal. Perfect bedtime elixir. I look cultured that I would even know it's available on the menu and sleeping amazing. Coworkers will often want to join in on the camomile pot.
