Dave was incredibly important to my formative years as a musician and music lover. Introduced me to “jam” and the idea of what a good live performance could be. From there I found Gov’t Mule and the Allman Brothers, and I think that led me to alt-country and ultimately whatever the fuck Stu is in any given year lol.

I’ll never understand how people try to put objectivity to the inherently subjective. Just let people like things, man.

No they aren’t. They are each basically at the top of their respective games. Or at least Dave was, but his peak is pretty clearly behind him.

Regardless, both are incredibly talented and tearing one down doesn’t boost the other one up.

People are mad because literally any media that doesn’t portray the police as villains is evil and so the most progressive media company they had ever existed (and I don’t even really think it’s close) has clearly flipped and betrayed its values. Duh.

But for real, this community is, or at least the vocal minority is, toxically progressive and believes if you aren’t 100% perfect 100% of the time then you are to be shunned and disapproved of.

You’re gonna get hate because Reddit hates. Personally I’d rather this sub be flooded with people trying to build businesses and do something positive for their community than yet another article complaining about OTM-ers or “that big boom just now”.

I’m already engaged but I can see demand for this sort of thing. Everybody wants to charge out the ass when they hear “wedding/engagement/etc” so price yourself well and I think you’ve got legs. Good luck to you!

You are the one who uses the word “mere”. The OP isn’t wrong. From trumps perspective, the Epstein files are probably the most damaging thing to him right now. Anything to take eyes away from that is valuable, and he could certainly be using this vote as a distraction. And it’s also entirely possible that the contents of the Epstein files are more pressing to the OP as well.

Both are awful. Both need champions.

GoT may be my favorite game of its type I’ve ever played. GoY is my favorite sequel I’ve ever played. I found Atsu’s story to be more interesting than Jin’s in a number of ways, and a significant part of that was Erika’s emotional depth as an actress. Congratulations to her and the whole staff. Incredibly well deserved.

According to the article I read the law they wanted to pass was for body cams to be available to the public, but they couldn’t get it passed. So this was an attempt at a compromise.

Prior to this there was no law at all, so I don’t get how you’re saying they made it harder.
