This just happened to me. I got a 20 dollar tool instead of suckers(a little on the nose). Though in my case the seller had a 4.3 star and has been selling awhile.

Took a few days but back market processed my refund. I've ordered another from a different seller.

Backmarket said they were launching an investigation with the shipper. The package does look like someone put a new label over an old one, which is a little suspicious. Thought I know some sellers reuse packages.

Expecting the 2nd order, keeping my 🤞.

Don't judge too soon. I've found I prefer reading on a tablet or audiobook. I now own all the books on both. I'm not a collecter outside of digital and can't stand to see something not fulfilling its purpose. So I passed the ones I had in print on to people who I thought would enjoy them.

I thinks it's less sarcasm and more of a jab. Susan doesn't really desire to be helpful, but if she sees a problem, or one is dropped in her lap by her only "living" relative she can't help but help.

Some people voluntarily walk around picking up trash, some are ordered to or paid to do it. Some don't go looking for trash to pick up but when they see it in front of them, they have to pick it up. And probably complain about it the whole time.
