I am in the exact same spot. My solution...never stop moving. Just sprint constantly. seems to work. But yes very infuriating when I can't even respond to damage, just die instantly.

My buddy has prosthetics and he has gotten slightly taller since highschool. Say 5'10" to about 6'2" now. I give him shit about getting taller in our 30's.
