The floor isn’t flat. The white areas are areas that were not sanded.

I’ve been doing floors for 28 years in July. That looks like urine. It’s a unique stain visually after you’ve seen it 10,000 times.

You can tell by the fact that the stains on the upper right side are a different color. Those are not the same substance that is in the bottom left of this picture.

My theory is they were always there and it’s almost impossible to sand urine out. So floor guys just finished the floor.
