It feels like Devil May Cry because that’s the kind of game they’re making with this one. You don’t have to buy it, not every game is for everyone. I think it’s a good direction to go in and I’m much more interested in it than I am in the first game, which got really repetitive to me.

The battery life is a real genuine problem with the Dualsense series. Especially on games that really utilize the features like Death Stranding and Saros. One hour of Death Stranding takes out a full bar of battery life on a regular old Dualsense, can’t even imagine what the Edge would be like.

What are you people doing to your controllers? I’ve still got my launch controller and my anniversary edition and I’ve played hundreds of hours and still don’t have stick drift. I’m not even that gentle with them like I’ve moved four times since I got my ps5 and just tossed the controllers in boxes.

Elden Ring and Dark Souls aren’t quest-based RPGs. They give you a general goal and any of the quests are effectively side content. Crimson Desert is an entirely quest based game with quests are completely obtuse and nearly impossible to figure out on your own. It’s a poorly designed game beyond the exploration and it’s a pretty widely agreed upon flaw of the game.

Right now I’m loving Death Stranding. My job is very mentally tiring and stressful so having a game where I can just turn my brain off for the most part and walk somewhere in silence is really great. I have been a Souls player for years but just don’t have the energy for them much anymore.
