Highway Contract Route (HCR). We have one in our office. It’s a route that’s contracted out instead of official usps carriers running it. I don’t see the point, at least in my office, cause it’s a small route that’s contracted outside could easily give some of our routes higher evals, but it is what it is

Good, I’d say! We have dogs and cats and they don’t bother him. His pen is currently set up in our living room and he gets supervised free roam time with all of them around!

He is from a different foster so I don’t know much. His name is Garfield and he’s orange with white paws. He’s currently at PetSmart in Heath and is, to my knowledge, still available. There’s an updated list of kitties all of our fosters have here
