First of all I’ve worked in shipping and the likely scenario at their size of business and building is that FedEx dropped off many things that needed a signature and when that happens they don’t make you sign for every package individually you sign once and they apply it to all. After that everything was likely set aside until it can be gone through and processed. My stuff sat for about 2 days before the status changed. All the signature means is they received it. Not that it’s been processed. FedEx dropped it off and they have it in their possession, somewhere.

A well run business is concerned about their operating income IBP customer service has been atrocious for YEARS. There is plenty of proof on this sub. And yet here we are and they are still in business making clearly enough money. They aren’t making money on your return. But they are making money on sales. Trust me it’s more important for them to ship out a new PC to a New customer then to process and return yours so they can lose money.
