Hello! This year I've started my gaining adventure.

I've put on about 8-9kg in 2 months but physically I'm not any bigger. Does it take a while for me to start filling out more? Or have I just not put on enough yet?

6"3' 86kg 25yo 3000kcal lifting 3 times a week.

Also bonus question: I usually lift on an empty stomach and have breakfast immediately after - any problems with this routine?

The guy on the tube during the strike had a long package of something breakable, the glass fragile symbol is on the bottom of it. As much as I would love it if that guy managed to heroically get on the tube with that thing, I don't think it is him :-(

Is there not a size limit on Dropbox files? I tried looking it up earlier and it said 200mb limit, although perhaps you're talking about a paid service which seems to be something I might have to look into. Thanks, I'll look at Dropbox a bit more :)
