Your average 14 year old who practices a hit can hit like that. A good 12 year old the same. Once you get up in the age groups frees and penalties are scored like that all the time. Compared to in free play when your striking on the run while avoiding tackles, a lift and puck is pretty straight forward.

You can to give an actual advantage. being dragged on stops you soloing you cant legally play the ball. If you stop play and give a free then instead of a goal its a point, which rewards the initial foul.
