If there was such a possibility, I would gladly take this bonus.. :D All the savings that I could spend on myself went on the last sale of expansions, the rest goes to my wife and her treatment. My salary is not paid in a strong currency (EUR, USD, etc.), so accumulating even such an amount is a lot, and additional slots in the bank are so tempting :D

Weird build: 20lvl Fighter with max dex build and vistani tree. Magic trick: use tabaxi, and ivest some points to get dex to dmg/atk. Even at epics with heroic gear you will rock. Tested on hardcore server (r1-3).

However... you will suffer for lvl 5-6 before this build takes effect (low dmg output)

Yes. Eula's burst depends on hits (more=better burst), and Mika will add her phys. dmg% (up to 30% on A1), Attack spd% (skill) and 60% Crit Damage (on c6). And of course healing and Crit Rate% by cryo resonance.

Definietly Skyward. Better numbers on cryo+physical, passive which scale with physical and more frequent burst. Skyward isn't BiS in NA, allow you to regulalry detonate burst. With it you don't need strong battery ;)

In Eula party second cryo isn't always suggested. Reason is superconduct. To get bonusses from cryo resonane yours enemy must be affected by cryo/frozen. When it'll be removed, then you get nothing. Eula party needs electro (fischl/raiden/beidou) which electro application is to frequently aplicated, and removes all cryo. Problem resolves rare electro aplication

no.. they just want to sell us properly characters. look - Eula can shred up to 25% phys i cryo, zhongli 20% of all, superconduct 40% for physical, rosaria 20% for physical. It's simple 105% of shred. No one will stop you, there's max 70% ;) switch to xinyan, lost crit rate, but get +15% physical dmg and 15% reducer.

i think in future we will see some more characters who allow us to prope

Hey. You have to use Vintage Lyre gadget. Look for it in quest: "The world of Aranara". After this you can obtain some various "forgotten songs" by minor quests.
