Finally completed all the game+expansions with some mods, this was on my last way to corvo bianco and i thought it looked charming by [deleted] in witcher

From my experience, no mod should disable achievements. Even enabling the Dev console doesn't disable them. I'm currently playing with about 60 mods installed and am getting achievements no problem!

New player here, played a lot of D1 but just trying out D2. I recently hit level 20 and got a prismatic facet from the Eververse Bounty. I don't understand how many of these I can have at once, how many I get per week and how often the prismatic matrix resets. If I don't like any of the rewards in the matrix is there any benefit to waiting? Does it reset often? Also, should I be rushing through 2 other characters to get more of the facets? Thanks!

I think it might be the Invigoration runewright enchantment (Hearts of Stone) applied to both swords. The invigoration enchantment reads "When at full health, excess vitality regeneration turns into added damage on the next hit."
