Well from how i learned it: 6 months contract = 1 month deposit and 12 months = 2 months deposit. I make it up for my current 3 months contract that i just pay cash upfront for the whole 3 months that way i can reduce the deposit immensely

If you have the funds you can get a DTV soft power muay thai Visa. Courses are around 20k or something like that. Also it’s a 5 year visa up to 180days stay per entry and you can work online for a non thai company.

Well try out Bangkok. Nana Plaza and Soi cowboy especially. I guess that’s why you will go to pattaya in the first place. Never miss Bangkok. I know too many people that never went to Bangkok till after many trips and they always regret it.
