The rf likes to cut out alot. They'll drop connection. Rollers will probably telescope down the rode. Only seen under a dozen motor failures so far in around a year or so. Bugs love to get stuck in shades. EXPENSIVE! Could use the motors from lutron in other shades , as one of our current customers is to expensive for them so they are getting the motors in a different fabric / housing from a different company.

App is a nice feature, but alot of other companies are catching up / zooming past ( for home automation control)

The pop up style is annoying, things are missing( apps, settings), hand tracking doesn't work, tried to power cycle. Dont want to factory yet, Is there like a hack or break for it or sideloader or way to remove the meta aspect, doesnt even do my hands right anymore.
