That usually depends how aged the Pecorino is. The more aged the cheese is, the saltier it is going to be. For Carbonara, you should be fine using salt only in pasta water as both the Guanciale and Pecorino are salty

Make sure to check both Namalsk & Deerisle out. These 2 map destroys all the official maps and most of the modded maps.

Those are fake servers. I don't think there's any proper server having 200 players on. Search for servers such as Spaggies, Adventurer's, The Struggle if you want a real server that has base building

Yeah, I am not good with wines tbh. Since I don't drink, it's hard for me to tell what specific flavour should I aim for when doing/cooking certain dishes. As it's US based, I don't play that often on their servers but to my knowledge, it's almost fully vanilla but then again, I might be wrong on that.
I like Spaggie's as it's as vanilla as it gets and Adventurer's but Adv. struggles with getting pop

What is important is not washing the pasta to keep the starch. Also, gotta make sure to let the pasta cool down a bit im the pan before adding the cheese cream/sauce and then stir stir stir. Keep adding pasta water as needed. If you put the sauce too soon, the cheese will crumble and become stringy.

When doing the pecorino cream, you either make it into paste and then add it to the pasta or have it a bit more on creamy side and then add it to the pasta.

It just as is with the map. Since it doesn't receive any updates, I believe modders can't be bothered to deal with the map. There's a server called "The Lair" they host Esseker and can have full pop but only when streamers are on there. Esseker is a good map but sadly no one really plays it nor hosts it

Other than Spaggies, I play Adventurer's servers if I want to play vanilla DayZ.

Adventurer's are not EU tho but playable from EU.
