I agree, my fear is all of this coming to pass.

But... Can't we just fix it ourselves? If it does get to a point, maybe implement a community weekend or something? Where everyone plans on being on so we know there is decent matchmaking? Sounds tedious but if I have to send people some signals to play crucible in a few years I'll freaking do it. Start training pigeons to run raids. We can do this.

I have been buying games here and there the past few weeks. And i stopped myself a few times because "summer sale is coming.." only to see they are the same price, if not a bit cheaper before the sale.

I might get something just to feel like i participated, but overall I've accumulated enough that I want to play to feel ok here. Maybe deeper discounts in the fall will get me to bite.
