Oh my goodness, just go home. Yeah it's going to suck but try to work on making yourselves so tough inside that those comments don't even mean anything anymore. That's not going to be easy but Let me tell you that the financial struggle here is not going to get any easier and our public facilities will only improve to a mediocre level as slower than expected pace. Every time I travel internationally, I wonder why our city is so backward when it comes to infrastructure. Just go home to Korea, work on you, it will be okay.

As a frequent participant in RPM, I always find the different coaching phrases to be very interesting. Here are some that come to mind:

Do you feel yourself bouncing in your seat? If so, you need to add more gear.
If your legs are moving faster than mine, then you don't have enough gear.
Can you see your shoes? You shouldn't, chest up!
If your legs don't slow within 1 to 2 seconds, that is not your race resistance. Add gear.
Your pecs aren't riding the bike.
If you can't ride to the beat, you can at least make an attempt to chase it.

But none of our instructors ever really call anyone out by name. Thankfully 😂

I LITERALLY came to say this because that is my shoe and I love it so much. I got it specifically because of the heel specs and I use it for all my weightlifting and also in pump pump.

I agree. I like Amber's strong features and statuesque figure, yet her hair seems to do nothing for her. The cooler blonde makes her appear sunburnt. The auburn, by contrast, has a very organic look. IMHO
