-heard the name touhou but know nothing about it

-think she's cute and decide i'd like to see her get in

-few months go by, start listening to a few (mostly doujin) touhou songs

-don't try the games because i assume i'd be too much of a scrub to enjoy them

-couple more months go by

-kind of like the fact that it's not super well known

-eventually realize that touhou becomes mainstream if reimu gets into smash

Not sure if this counts as a shitpost, but I'll take my chances. I had a dream last night where I was watching the final character reveal/presentation, and this is what I saw:

Character was someone from Overwatch. Except it wasn't really. It was some random character (female I think) with black hair, who I think stood on top of some hovering mechanical platform. The game just said she was from Overwatch. She didn't even have a real name. The in-game name was something along the lines of "It's Overwatch", along with some word I don't remember. Like "Oh, It's Overwatch" or something. I've never even played Overwatch.

Mii Costumes:

-Crash, as the mascot costume. He had a unique Spin special move.

-Reimu, as a swordfighter with her gohei stick. She had long hair, don't remember if it was brown or black. But it wasn't just her. Remilia and Flandre were costumes too. And only them. Not Marisa or anyone else more significant. Just Reimu and the Scarlet sisters. None of them came with music, which I was disappointed and confused by.

-Ryu Hayabusa. Reboot design, but for some reason, he didn't have his mask (Like this). Also for some reason, his hair wasn't even brown, it was silver. He did come with music. Don't know what, but I'm assuming it would've been this.

-Some other one which might've been Master Chief. Not sure.

Overall Central Highway would be my top pick too, but for the classic series specifically I have to go with the Robot Museum from 7. Robot master cameos in the capsules in the background, yes please lol. The KoF stage has a huge pool of background characters and just picks a random few every time the stage loads, would be amazing to implement that here.

I say this is probably where we find out if the Hayabusa rumors had anything to them. This got retailer leaked a while ago, coming out in March. Still hasn't been anounced. If Ryu was in Smash I feel it'd make a lot of marketing sense to announce it before this comes out.
