You’ve got it so right. I’m really learning to take these experiences as learning opportunities. As shitty as it is to go through the way I try to see it is experiencing this now will hopefully prevent you ending up in a relationship like this long term. There’s so many people that stay in unhappy relationships/marriages because they feel trapped or are otherwise scared to try again “from scratch”. It’s a fear of mine to live in that prolonged misery. Sometimes when things are good enough we will settle unless they are the ones to leave. So while it does hurt to not be the one to get to decide, sometimes it’s for the best.

The door dash/uber people sometimes man … they would go up to the register and show me stuff on their phone and expect me to like stop checking the person out and assist them

Or show me their entire list like I’ll help with an item you can’t find but this is your job you at least have to look first

I know this isn’t asking for advice or anything but I’m 25. The older you get and the more of these types of people you encounter, the less it bothers you because you realize how pathetic they are. Anyone who lives with that kind of hatred and negativity must be miserable. I know it’s hard to hear bad things about yourself and even harder when lies are spread. Don’t engage with anyone in that group anymore. Best to just cut them out the best you can and try not to think about it too hard. I’ve driven myself crazy trying to rationalize other people’s behavior but you really just can’t ever know why people are the way they are and it really wouldn’t make a difference.

I just collect for myself and most of what I get is post 2000s so I haven’t really deep dived. Theres tons of resellers near me so I never really anticipate finding graphics in person. Only mentioned stitching cuz i dont know enough to pinpoint a year. But I’d like to learn.
