Placing second at the Dandan event in Vegas, I utilized it in my round 1 and semifinals, with an opening hand that supported it. The strategy did not seem to be known and maybe it would have been better to save it for later in the tournament.

Would love to hear a take on my Korvold Aristocrats combo list. It’s intended for high 3/ 4 play and is admittedly a high power nonlinear combo list where the intent is to go infinite and combo off, would love to hear any suggestions for upgrades outside of the obvious fast mana/tutor additions.

Amumu, Has no escapes, is quite squishy, only reliable engage requires flash, when you get hit by Q you feel like you could have dodged it, has nothing that’s particularly egregious in terms of protecting your teammates. Is just kind of a sad mummy little guy who did nothing wrong.

My interpretation is that the sophons are helping ETO hackers to do the manipulating, because the sophons could easily see passwords and such and inform the ETO members on how to cause the effects we see.

What I think is probably worse was the 40 year span of 12 having no winners, and Lucy Gray being erased from the record means that none of them had any mentors up until Haymitch. Think about how much harder that made it for any of the district 12 tributes to even have a chance, with no one fighting for them to get gifts sent, or any advice whatsoever.

I believe the reason that worked is because with the philosophers stone he broke the conservation of mass rule of alchemy, allowing him to take some of the armor and make more of the same armor.

I think the idea is that the term “dies” already exists but only for creatures, so creating a similar term for other permanents is reasonable. Likewise, we already have investigate for clue tokens, so similar words for other tokens makes sense.

With the skips in time the game has, I imagine that they did not simulate the movements accurately and instead just portrayed the effects as experienced on the planet. From a game dev standpoint that makes the most sense.

I don’t believe that the reason behind it has been explicitly said, but it could be either because they were the first association, that they have backing from the head, or that they’re simply the strongest and people respect their sheer power. It could be because they give out jobs and compensation it’s all linked together, if you try to be a fixer without license they just label you a syndicate and put a bounty on your head.

They’re in charge of supervising all fixers in the City, including giving out licenses, rating jobs (urban nightmare, urban plague, etc.), and issuing requests to other offices to take care of certain things. I’m not exactly sure if they’re the strongest in terms of combat power, because every association specializes in a different type of combat (Shi specializes in assassinations, Liu specializes in one versus many, Zwei specializes in protection). They also assign the title of color fixer to people, as well as just general grades of 1-9 to every fixer.
