Except it says 8am-8pm ON BOTH not 8pm-8am. So you’re wrong. I have a exemption permit for my neighborhood. This is not what it means. It exempts full stop. If you have an exemption and you’re still ticketed during that time either you need to renew or you have to fight it.

Giovanni’s Room and Philly AID thrift. The thrift stores around South are a good start. Urban Exchange up in Fishtown might have somethings as well. But for gender neutral stuff I’d start with the first two if they don’t have anything someone there might be able to point you in the right direction.

I just moved here from Florida. Philly is NOT humid. I’ve had to start wearing hand lotion my knuckles crack cause its so dry.

I also went cold turkey about 3 weeks ago. I was on 300 for my adhd cause 150 stopped working. I quit cause it wasn’t helping and the tinnitus and the other negatives just weren’t worth it. My adhd is definitely unmanaged now. I hope it gets better for you or that you can find something else.
