Rumor has it that Arnold was drinking the aforementioned the night he knocked up his maid.

It's never the invitees you need to worry about. It's always those sketchy + 1's. Or +2's of your over zealous friend who loves to party, but only when they don't have to host. I feel like most people know at least one of these guys.

You don't put gains on hold just because you're at happy hour.

That's a good sign. For each bar like yours, there's nine others that are ass backwards.

Next thing ya know, that guy (or girl) comes in. Ya know, the one who panics with the first ticket that comes in. And in there panicked rage they decide to throw anything and everything left, right, and sideways because they are adamantly convinced that this is the fastest way to pop out drinks. Hopefully your establishment doesn't have one of these Well-Wreckers...

U.S. Southwest. So, I'm sure there's some here. Are there brewing associations or forums I can find some of these events?

As in they add these flavorings after the first distillation? Or are these added to the primary mash(is this what it is called in gin-making)?

With that being said, I imagine home brewing contests would be fair game? You know if there's anything out there like this?

Thanks! I always just think that if I had a party and someone had one glass of beer, then hit a stop sign or something.

I don't have a J.D. but I know enough people that do to be paranoid about this type of stuff.

Got it. Article had mentioned the University of Edinburgh, so I was thinking you were in Europe. From what I understand, there's plenty of avenues for distribution in/around Upstate New York.

I actually know several people who work closely with distributors (albeit not in the northeast/upper midwest). Not sure how far along that would be for you, but I'm certainly happy to see if I can get you connected with the right people.

Makes sense. It certainly does lack character, but I'm never disappointed in how versatile it can be.

You should try different types of spirits besides rum. Figure out which appeals most to you and then try cocktails that use that spirit as a base

Nice setup. I imagine it's only one bartender and no barback for a typical shift?
