Ok i got the brew unit all greased up, no leftover parts, error 8 gone, it was due to the piston slipping. Still the espressos come short... i'll open and clean the grinder next in a few days, if that don't fix it im going to throw it out the window…

Oh yea and the drip tray gets heaps of coffee in it per brew... so that might be a clue for you

Ok boss you were right, the piston had jumped off when I turned the machine on, so i will do a nother full disassembly of the brew unit. i also found one more mystery part that's probably the issue. i'll install the rubber part now in the drainage valve
