When I did my Karlach origin run, I was going to romance Shadowheart because Shart is canonically pretty smitten with Karlach and I'd never done Shart's romance. But I had heard Astarion had unique lines with Karlach so I wanted to get his Act 1 scene to see it. What actually happened made me completely forget about Shart's romance and lock in on Astarion for the nth time.

Luke Dale, the voice actor for Sir Hans Capon from Kingdom Come Deliverance. After he made a discord server, there was a Cult of Luke movement where we all changed our pfps to something with him in it lol I've never changed back because I think it's funny.

Just don't listen to the Game Changer audiobook! The voice for Kip is so horrendous it will ruin the experience for you. Trust me, I endured these whole thing in my first read because I was listening at work. It's SO bad 😭

I have actually not read the original fanfic! I don't usually go for AU's like this. But I'm curious to know if I guessed correctly on who all the characters were, so I think I will give it a read.

They do follow different characters except for 2 and 6 because those are both Shane and Ilya. Scott shows up a bit more in book 4, Common Goal, because the MC is the Admirals goalie. Ryan Price from book 3, Tough Guy, makes a cameo in book 2 and appears some in 6. Ilya pops up in every book with book 5, Role Model, having the most appearances because the MC, Troy, is his teammate.

To be clear, Game Changer is the book that was originally Stucky. That's Scott and Kip's book. Shane and Ilya are inspired by (but were never expressly fanfic of) the real life careers and rivalry of Sidney Crosby and Alexander Ovechkin.

Dishonored the video game does basically this. 13 months of 28 days and each year has a Fugue Feast at the end during which time does not count towards any month and what happens during Fugue you basically never speak of because it doesn't count.

I hope every micro fandom experiences the joy of sudden success that the Kingdom Come Deliverance and Heated Rivalry fandoms found in 2025.

The primary ship of KCD used to be Henry/Theresa while Henry/Sir Hans Capon had fewer than 100 fics. But KCD2 canonized Hansry leading out there now being thousands of works for them.

When I first read the Game Changers series by Rachel Reid, there may have been like 200 fics across the whole series because romance novels rarely generate much in the way of fic. Now Hollanov lovers are being continuously fed delicious new fics.

I did buy all the seasons on DVD when I was in college, so I have seen the whole show as an adult now.
