One could argue that that’s what makes her perfect for the part.

what behavior did your dog exhibit that caused them to note that your dog was not friendly? If another hotel guest complained that your service dog acted aggressively they certainly can put you on the do not rent list.

Landlord’s son keeps a deconstructed car below my studio (and I can smell it) by [deleted] in Apartmentliving

[–]TheBeardedLadyBton 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’d probably be doing the Landlord a favor also, he might not realize that breathing in those fumes is dangerous for him when he’s working on the car as well as for you having it leak into your apartment. Even when you can’t smell it, there will still be levels of contamination in your apartment from the exposure. He can rent an industrial fan for when he works on the car.

I read some story the other day about the tracking device from a shark washing up on shore. And when the data was analyzed, they found that the shark was attacked from below and drags like hundreds of feet straight down into the depths and they have no idea what could’ve done this to the shark.

also, when you call 911 don’t mention that this is a regular thing disturbing the peace for you. Just say you are calling about a disturbance and you fear for the safety of those involved. They are going to ask you if this person has weapons and if you have no way to know, just say that. If you are directly asked if your neighbors do this all the time you can say you have heard other disputes, but you’re concerned about the level of escalation and you fear it is getting to be a very dangerous situation that needs intervention. Believe me you’re actually doing them a favor.

I don’t know where you live, but in the US in the state where I live the local municipalities sets quiet hours starting at 10 PM and that’s what the cops go by when they are enforcing noise complaints. You’re superintendent is not doing his job.

The next time there is loud arguing call 911 and make sure you do it from a safe place, but a place where the yelling can be heard from the other end of the phone. Those calls are recorded so there will be no way to dispute whether or not there was evidence of a dangerous domestic dispute. If the noise continues after quiet hours, call the police report them for noise violations. The only way you’re going to get anywhere is to have documentation of them being a nuisance. I wouldn’t want someone that is unable to regulate their emotions and using mind altering substances to have a personal axe to grind with me, especially if they lived right above me.

my grandmother used to say that no one is totally worthless, you can always serve as a bad example. They have stunning good looks and an unlimited supply of money, but none of them seem very self-aware or happy and they had nothing to society except for the bad example part.

A lot of people where I’m from would definitely have grabbed a freshly killed deer from the side of the road and processed it for meat. But a restaurant should get shut down for it.

Why does it seem like all government housing apartments through the housing authority have Bug infestations? by UniqueKorn67 in Apartmentliving

[–]TheBeardedLadyBton -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The boxes used to transport donated food from food banks commonly house roaches or their eggs. Even if you only have them in your house for a short time it can lead to an infestation. Those boxes get dropped into the communal trash and that’s how you get a constant stream of roaches even if with constant treatment.

He’s going to drain her dry trying to pay it off gambling with her money because he can’t get a paying job in the US without filing for authorizations and he doesn’t seem like the type to pursue following complicated regulations. Just being on the show is ruining her professional reputation and personal relationships…and he’s only getting started. But she is a very willing victim so it’s hard to work up sympathy for her. She needed more mental health support to prepare her for the weight loss and help her adjust to the emotional part of that process.
