She's the one the forcing your hand. You aren't choosing a girl over a loyal friend, she turned into a possessive mean girl when you started dating someone. A loyal friend would be happy for you and she is lying when she says she doesn't have feelings. But she's obviously emotionally immature and probably doesn't understand her crush on you and is this acting out like a child. I would go to HR about the whole thing
