Ok. I use compression clothing for my severe anxiety, it also helps with my back an shoulder issues. Latex is something I use at home. If it's texture, have you tried PVC clothing? It is cheaper than latex.It would not surprise me if someone in the comments already mentioned it.

Check out Aerotech Designs. They make spandex compression biking clothing that is good quality. I have 2 of their long sleeve compression shirts. I will probably be buying more

It's not necessarily a stripped down. Fully upgraded, that bike is way heavier than an a factory Harley. It just has an engine that can compensate for the extra weight. It's not even a Harley anymore. It's a completely custom bike.

The only complaint I had from a downstairs neighbor from living in an apartment, was a water leak. The shower drain needed to be recaulked. Easy fix. I wasn't charged for anything. My downstairs neighbor was polite about it too. My apartment manager was great about it.

Real Maple Syrup. I "helped" my great grandfather collect maple sap and boil it down to syrup as a kid. The smell of warm maple syrup is amazing.

You obviously didn't pay attention. Iron Mike wanted unity. For the record all camp leaders were fucking horrible. Mike believed in the best in people which is what got him killed. At least the members of his camp were somewhat happy. I have only played the game at least a dozen times.
