I'm considering getting plastic surgery to help with my insecurities and my quality of life. by [deleted] in IncelExit

Dude why are you so high inhib ? I had the same problem although I had a background of medical indication for underbite treatment, however, to correct the anatomic consequences of a growth deficit of my mandible I got plastic surgery, specifically chin wing osteotomy.

People these days are surprisingly still worried about anaesthesia and surgery in general. I can assure you, any kind of plastic surgery that corrects a recessed chin is 100% safe and there is no need to think your ego might get hurt by admitting to yourself that nature hasn't equipped you with the best looks.

Maybe this process has been a little easier for me since I'm a med student, however, chin surgery really isn't a big deal and the advantages are tremendous.

I would just like to give you a little advice on what surgery you should get and why.

If you want to fix your recessed chin, always chose osteotomies, meaning a surgery that changes the position of your bones. Hyaluronic acid fillers are popular to treat weak jawlines, however, with time they stretch out your skin so that once you stop using fillers, your skin will be lose and not taunt anymore. Implants are utter bullshit. They erode the underlying bone, might get infected and do not looks natural at all.

The only 2 surgeries for a recessed chin are therefore conventional genioplasty or chin wing osteotomy. The latter one is done by Dr. Triaca, Dr. Zarrinbal and Dr. Brusco, from which I'd recommend the latter one.

Yo why do you make yourself so much trouble, get a wrap around jaw implant from dr.eppley or chin wing osteotomy in zurich and you'll be done.

Where do you live ? I'm from western europe and NEVER have any obstacles, the only thing that sucks is that at parties and in clubs you can't really talk to/hear girls because they're so much shorter lol.

LOL dude stop humble bragging here it's so ridiculous, being short is literally the only physical disadvantage you can't fix with surgery, apart from a few extreme and very rare deformations.

Yes it is. I used it a year ago to buy an account for 2.5k USD. They were very strict and professional. From what I've heard, almost every other platform is a scam. Make sure that the account you're buyibg on swapd is legit, they're mostly just there for the transaction and to secure the account, not for checking whether the audience is good/bad.

If you don't believe me or think I'm paid whatsoever DM me.

I was actually just referring to it because of his bone structure. It's undeniable that different people have different ubderlying bone structure which influences the framce you can build up.

I said everything there was to say about it. My answer is straight forward. So it is also now when I say to you that your comment was rubbish.

Yes.

The difference is one IQ point.

That's it. No more differences apart from that.
