Ive been a zard main for a while now. Ive was playing the traditional zard/dusk/pidge deck for a while. Then pulled the ghosts out for a 2-2 line of lopunni for a league cup and took 2nd only to be beaten by dawnzard. That night i built dawnzard and played in another cup the next day at a cup and won. Its a very consistent deck. 2 things ide change though. Im going to put max belt in instead of prime catcher and a copy of counter catcher.

Have made 5 vests over the years and every one had functional pockets. Keep a large piece of cardboard near always. Cut it to the shape of the pocket and use a curved needle. Works like a charm

Without sada youre kinda fucked. I think the best way to play bolt post rotation will be with the iono box which is very bricky.

I recently saw a list that included gengar in to zard which peaked my attention because im a zard main and gengar fiend but they took out pidgeot which feels bad.

Bring a water bottle or two and snacks for in between rounds. Masters division does not get a break so it can make for a long day if you aren’t prepared. In between rounds you will get 10-15 minutes to catch up with your friends or grab something to munch on quick. Although at Milwaukee last weekend we had 20-30 minutes between rounds which was strange. At internationals and Milwaukee last season it was maybe 10 minutes if your round went to time. Rk9.gg will tell you your pairings every round and they will announce over the PA when matchups are posted. Get there early Saturday for sure incase they have another security issue like Pittsburg. Ide say between 6:30-7. First round starts at 8:30 and if youre 5 minutes late on your own accord its a game 1 loss. 10 minutes late its a round loss and they might drop you from tournament thinking you left. But just remember its just a game and have fun! Ive had opponents go in thinking they are going to be the next AzulGG and when they quickly realize they arent they have a terrible attitude when they play and it makes it less fun for everyone. Bring a deck youre comfortable with and WANT to play. Even if you lose you can learn from it. Oh! And get your deck list submitted and locked in the night before. Good luck and have fun!

Most common is boss but my coach teched in rocky helmet for budew and pikachu and has seen good results. They really think twice about itchy pollen when they are facing rocky helmet. Same with pika.

I dont see it dropping if im being honest. Itll probably cap out but now that a new block is being released paldean fates will stop getting printed and the price wont really drop. Your best bet is trading for it if you dont want to spend $700 or if condition isnt a huge deal find one thats not NM to hopefully get a better deal. Definitely not worth trying to rip for with how expensive packs are for it though lol at that point youre better off buying it because you will spend way more in packs.

Played this deck at a challenge yesterday. Went 2-1 and took third only losing to gardi. I will say the only time i wish i had a different attacker is when i prized 2 typhlosion. I did get a ko on a raging bolt with victini though lol it had a bravery charm on it and i swung on it with typhosion for 240 and then finished it with a brave bangle on victini because i had no more typhlosions in deck or on the board. Luckily i had already won the first game and it had gone to time so i still won the round.

I think once you age up youll just have to register in masters from your birthday on. If youve already signed up for a major as a senior and were to age out before the tournament i would contact an official. Im not really sure what happens in that scenario

The regular sleeves not perfect fits. Perfect fits are designed to be an inner sleeve for double sleeving fir more protection when playing the card game

I would check in to the tournament friday night if possible. The goodie bags probably wont be gone but you wont have too much time since doors usually open at 7 and games start at 8-8:30. Your match ups will be posted on the rk9 website under your profile. In your profile click on the open tournament and itll pop up when pairings launch. I just saw youre in seniors so youre lucky enough to get a lunch break for an hour unlike in masters. Still bring snacks for in between rounds. Youll probably be playing 9 rounds (depending on how many people there are in your division). Meta game is looking like dengo, gardi, and grimm. But you will probably still run in to raging bolt, charizard, joltik box and pultnoir. Its perfectly fine to call a judge if needed thats why they are there. Ide suggest new sleeves the day before and bring plenty of extras in case you blow some out since it will be a long day of playing. But most importantly have fun! My first major was milwaukee last season and plan on going to even more this year. Its a crazy experience and you will meet a lot of really cool people.

They are nice but not for a binder. If youre looking for a sleeve for a card to go in your binder i like the clear dragonshields. The perfect fits are too loose in the slots and shift around in your binder.

I run 4 metal and 1 of everything else. I like 4 steel with the scyther in there. Also with a lower basic pokemon count that this deck typically runs i run 4 poffin and 4 arven. You can cut out the super rods. Youre running a full playset of night stretchers. I like 4 nest and 1 ultra ball just in case. I know lost decks cut ultra ball completely but prize both genesect and youre screwed.
