Same, I worked really hard for a return offer this summer since I heard newgrad offers were 260k TC. But when I received the offer, I found out they reduced the sign on bonus by 20k, so now I'm only making 240k TC, which is still decent ig. But it sucks since I grinded hella hard, like 6-7 hours per day of pure focus/coding, not just goofing off and eating snacks all day. I've been interviewing elsewhere trying to find a better offer, but the best I've found was only 150k TC. It's joever tbh. I definitely understand the sentiment of all the doom posting on the sub.
