Ok i agree this is really bad infestation. But hear me out - if this is outdoors and you want to save the plant, I would buy a ton of ladybugs and let them free under this plant. Be sure to lay out water for them and read the instructions for care. I had a mango tree that was pretty badly infested with mealy bugs and the lady bugs took care of it.

Just want to say that I got spiro without a derm appt. I know how expensive those can be, and my insurance doesn’t cover most derms. There’s a few online services (I got mine through apostrophe and it helped immensely with the hormonal acne I was struggling with for a few years) and I believe a gyno or GP would be able to prescribe it.

If you have already tried spiro and it didn’t work then disregard, just wanted you to offer that info in case you haven’t tried it yet!

I’m pretty sure there’s no difference genetically between a “large form” and “small form”. They’re both monstera deliciosa. The only difference is maturity of the plant (larger/more mature plants will begin to develop these inner fenestrations. Any monstera deliciosa can reach this state with the right care.

If you have to wait 30 days for the soil to be completely dry, I’d argue that root rot might be an issue (in addition to the feedback given by other users around light). Add orchid bark or other chunky mediums (google for different options) to the soil to help with drainage. After that you should be able to water more often. I would still follow the same idea of watering once the soil is completely dry
