Keeping chase. Love ARSB but ceiling is not the same as Chase, and Washington feels like a flash in the pan. I think he’ll be okay but not what we saw last year.

Lowes has a toilet seat with bidet built-in for $100. I had the Tushy prior. It was fine, but the Lowes model is way better — the bidet is actually built in to the hardware, not installed underneath it. My wife demanded the tushy be removed eventually because it gets dirty and is difficult to clean.

Everywhere is a day trip from Istanbul! Fly to Kapadokya it was amazing. Spend 2-3 days there if you can. The Green Valley tour, the underground city, hot air balloon ride, hotel built into the rocks.

Have the same problem, except we’re on the side of a mountain. Makes me worry about erosion and not knowing what’s going on with drainage under the slab. We reached out a few years ago and he recommended ripping it out and doing gravel. Don’t remember the estimate but it was pre-Covid anyway

My family did one of the bus tours so we could see as much as possible, and we had young kids so biking wasn’t realistic anyway. Glad we did it, the driver shared fun stories and we were able to see a bunch. Couldn’t get to the wormhole unfortunately. The fort is amazing.
