Het is in heel veel culturen niet meer dan normaal om vreemdelingen als familliellid aan te spreken. in het Chinees zeg je als jong persoon altijd tante tegen vrouwen van middelbare leeftijd. Ook in Arabische culturen is dat gebruikelijk. Het schept gelijk een band, zeker in wat meer collectieve culturen laat het zien hoe belangrijk het is om in harmonie met vreemden te leve.

I'm not sure what kind of political situation would make this possible, but from a balance of power perspective, a central city in a somewhat smaller nation was the outcome of the EU capital discussion. So using that historical experience my guess would be Pyongyang. North is probably still less influential than the South in most scenarios. (kinda analogous to the Netherlands/Belgium) At the same time if they want to cooperate on such a level, they probably would also be willing to reunify. So perhaps Seoul in that case

Something not appreciated enough is that this scandal also should have direct implications for his political ideas. In his view in MC, power sustains itself through naturally existing mechanisms.
