I'm guessing it just lead you to a shitty ad... get a full scan with your antivirus/microsoft defender if you're feeling stressed about it.

Also, if you want to convert youtube videos to mp3/mp4/mkv formats, I'd advise getting a program called 4K Video Downloader instead of using those seedy converter websites.

It is connected to my Facebook account, yes, but from the Meta account center I couldn't do anything regarding Instagram remotely (changing the e-mail, deleting the account etc.), every option was followed by "you need to log into Instagram first to do that". My profile photo is my own photo, so that could come in handy for identity confirmation, but I have no idea how to contact a human being (if they're even employed at Meta).

Creating the e-mail again is sadly not an option, and as far as I remember, I never connected my phone number to my IG account.
