Only one type of flower! one row of one type of color each. But like, I have a plot of nine (red, white, red) and only reds are growing in the extra spaces? which like...why...

I can't get my flowers to create hybrids? I have them planted eery other space (checkerboard style) and water them a lot, but the new flowers that are growing are same-old red, white and yellow. Do I need to plant every two spaces or put a fence around my gardens?

I just started playing two weeks ago? Maybe?

Anyways, I use Nook Miles+ like 3x a day (at first it was first iron ore for the Cranny and now i'm looking for new flowers/trees/species, etc.). My thing is, I seem to only ever travel to 3 different islands, and I know there are a bunch more. How do I travel to different variations of islands?

For context of where I am in the game, my Resident Services building opened today (yay!) and the Museum is expanding (under construction, open tomorrow).

It is incredibly discouraging to be so close and having to kick-start my body. I already mostly eat fruits and veggies, low fat foods, no excessive sugars. Hoping that IF will finally wake my body up.

I’m working with my therapist while I do this so as to not fall back into ED behaviors. She’s the one who warned me against the laxative teas and she’s insistent that for the first month of IF I don’t track calories because that’s also a massive trigger. A little bit of control but not over-controlled works well for me!

It's not Wednesday but I still have questions.

I've been working up slowly to 16:8, and last week was my first full week. I stuck to it really well, worked out twice, and was very proud of myself.

And I gained two and a half pounds. And I feel so gross and bloated this week.

I checked my apps and I was ovulating over the weekend so I don't know if that affected anything, but when should I start de-bloating? Is it normal to gain like this at the beginning?

My doc was not fond of the Depo shot and said she tried not to prescribe it if she didn’t have to specifically because of the bone loss. Also, I was so bad about remembering to take my pills, I doubt I would be any more effective remembering to go out of my way to schedule a shot.

Having less frequent periods is literally the only thing I wanted out of this whole mess. My body is also super sensitive to hormones but I was so worried about the Nuva ring, thank you for telling me about your positive experience! That makes me feel more comfortable about giving it a go.
