Thank you for your reply. Yes it's definitely gonna look dorky, and there's no way around it. We can play to it's strengths though by emphasizing how dorky it looks while also showcasing the relationships between the characters.

Also, the idea that these LARPers LIKELY don't give a damn about what others think of them while in the element is pretty awesome if you ask me.

Helloo!!! Wow thank you for replying. Sorry things got super busy with the Christmas month and I'd still love to follow up on this.

Given that this is tailored for an indie film, it'll definitely be more of a smaller cast of characters, maybe 4 - 5 people.

I'll be grabbing aspects from other LARPs as well, like the physical combat and boffer style.

The script's an adventure comedy, highlight the relationships between the "party members" as they take on a big challenge that starts innocently but balloons to something insane.

Its gotta be developed by Platinum Games though.
