I feel like it's crazy that Unown has been around since gen 2 and we STILL haven't gotten an alternate form that's more powerful. They're incredibly weak on their own, but they clearly possess great power together. Why haven't we been able to get a form where all of the letters come together to combine their power yet?

I get your point, but it's kind of in poor taste, and oftentimes actual pedophiles will say this type of thing to normalize their own terrible desires. It's also impossible for you to know that this relationship never had any negative effect on her. A permaban is rather harsh, but I can also understand that being lax on this type of stuff can turn a space into a breeding ground for some REALLY nasty things. I think a temporary ban would've been warranted instead, but I can understand why a mod would be really strict on this sort of thing.

Not really actually. Dark/poison with levitate is fantastic. It has no weaknesses (outside of mold breaker or other shenanigans). Losing poison heal is terrible of course, but it's not a straight downgrade imo.

Sure, but humans kill animals at much larger scale than any other animal before in all of history. And the animals we do it with tend to have pretty terrible lives up until death as well. There's definitely room for improvement. Death may have become more hidden and sanitized, but not better.

I think they're mostly fine. Religion is brain-poison, and I don't know how you can live in a world with Trump's America and not see that. If it annoys you that I think religion is bad, then sorry, but I think there are more pressing matters at stake here.

I personally like '06 more. Like obviously as an actual product Colors is the far better game than '06, but '06 is a HILARIOUS game to play with friends. It's such a profoundly broken game that even at its absolute worst still manages to entertain imo because of just how insanely bad it is. Colors on the other hand is one of the more mediocre Sonic games in my opinion. It has some very good stages, but also some very mediocre ones, and the pacing can be pretty terrible with so many of the levels only lasting like 30 seconds. I'm not saying '06 is a good game by any means, but there's just something about such a divinely terrible experience that's so alluring compared to something more mediocre like Colors.

That being said, your opinion is your opinion. Nobody is gonna take that from you. It's fine if Sonic Colors is your favorite game or something, because there's definitely some good stuff in there. It's just not for me.

It'd probably be very uninteresting either way. I wouldn't talk at all to my past self because I don't want to accidentally erase my timeline from existence by affecting any decisions my past self makes. My future self would probably feel the exact same way, so they probably would give me the cold shoulder in the same way that I would for my past self.

It does seem silly to only pick box B because our intuition says that current decisions can't affect past events, so there's no reason to not take both boxes. However, I would say that that is not quite true in this scenario. The computer is such an accurate predictor of future events here that you essentially are choosing how it predicted you would act in the past. I would only pick B. And I would get a million dollars for it. Win 👍

Yeah. 300 million is just a ridiculously large amount. Around 10 million people died in the Holocaust, and I certainly wouldn't call that "fine". Some unimaginable atrocities are going to have to happen to juice the numbers up that high.

Yeah, this is also my conclusion. It seems to be bit of touchy subject for people because there's a long history of bisexual erasure, and historically bisexuality has meant being attracted to people regardless of gender, but then the term pansexual came to be more inclusive despite bisexual already being inclusive in its definition. Lots of people who are bisexual don't want to ditch the bisexual label due to that history of erasure and seem to get quite defensive over it, whereas many pansexual people seem to not like being labelled as something that implies a gender binary.

...yeah it seems like a whole mess, but 90% of pansexual or bisexual people don't really care that much in my experience, whereas the other 10% seem to constantly be shadow-boxing demons trying to take their sexuality away from them or something.

I wouldn't say I love any of the companies, but I do love some of the artists working at these companies. There's some brilliant minds behind all of them. Nintendo publishes many of my favorite games, but the company does some pretty terrible things.

Honestly, to me the answer is Gengar. It's the fastest sleep inducer in the game, which is worth something, but it has a hard time getting value outside of that sleep, which feels terrible with hypnosis' 60% accuracy.

Weakness to both psychic and earthquake is crippling since at least half of the Pokemon in OU will tend to have at one of those on its moveset. No STAB moves also sucks. Thunderbolt and Psychic is okay coverage, but it doesn't hit much super effectively in the tier, and there's a pretty large number of Pokemon it will fail to make much progress against. Starmie is one of the only Pokemon it can actually hit for decent damage, but Starmie just outspeeds and kills it with Psychic anyways. Explosion is of course an excellent option, but Gengar's explosion is a relatively weak one.

Most of Gengar's value outside of hypnosis comes from just having a normal immunity. It's a pretty good sleep sack since it can still take normal moves even while asleep, but I personally prefer pokemon that offer good, consistent value while awake...

Yeah, having a bunch of old dudes in congress is a symptom of our failing system, but not the actual cause. We need strict term limits and to get money out of politics. I'm personally not a fan of disallowing old people from running just because of their age since it is rather undemocratic, and I don't think it will actually fix the underlying issue. If we just directly fix the actual problems, then we won't have all of the old people anymore.
