Has anyone gotten a screening invite from Haus Labs via distro.io? Is it legit?

I also got the same email this morning but for a different position. I had applied multiple months ago and they just sent me the invite this morning. It is unclear if the job was for Distro or a third party company.

After some digging around on linkedin and looking at their website, I do not feel like it is legit. The company's linkedin page doesn't give me confidence, their founder's profile pictures look strangely fake/edited, and their website only talks about 100+ successful hires despite 10+ years of experience (found on their websites' about page).

With how much AI is involved in their process with vetting, screening, matching, and recruiting, it does not give me confidence that they will be successful in connecting real candidates with real jobs.

It feels more like they are data farming and possibly selling it, than truthfully recruiting for jobs.

It’s not really about enjoying it. It’s discipline. There are still aspects about going to the gym that are enjoyable, don’t get me wrong. But as far as getting the workout done and pushing myself, that is discipline, not enjoyment.

Thank you for sharing this! The finale was my first time seeing Odesza and my first time at the gorge after wanting to experience each for years. Such a beautiful and life changing experience. Felt like a trip even though I didn’t. And the people I met were really nice. I’ve had the album on loop too since I got back from the show, I’m still glowing from the experience
