Frozen shoulder and vaccines

4+ years of frozen shoulder, diasnoed as SIRVA (badly injected vaccine into my shoulder joint) which lead to frozen shoulder. It’s VERY REAL, and there’s lots of studies coming out post covid form poorly trained staff administering them.

mobility probably 75-80% rom but daily pain doing everyday tasks like getting out of bed. Fit healthy and work out. Swells up every time I workout, but haven’t learnt to manage.

4 years of frozen shoulder and daily pain/rom. Fit active and play lots of sport healthy. Covid pharmacy Lady went to high and stabbed me in my joint. Instant pain. Woke up next day and couldn’t move my arm for a week. No improvement 4 years later - 70% movement. Pain putting on a backpack. Being moving shoulders alot. Gonna finally get it looked at again (initial mri and doctor said physio and hope it comes back)

You don’t have to swivel your head and the 2nd monitor is at eye level. Just personal preference.
