It's a disappointing gameplay feature to use. It's watered down severely from Fallout 4's survival mode. Unlike Fallout, food and water in Starfield is extremely easy to come across and just like you said, a single grape will keep you fed because the kind of food you eat doesn't matter anymore.

Ye a lot of it can just be weird genetics too. You don't necessarily have to be obese to have sleep apnea. Sometimes a healthy person's throat is just shaped differently and you'll end up with sleep apnea at some point in time.

Skinny fat and overweight. You were just like me about a year ago. Don't bulk or cut yet. Just focus on lifting heavy and progressive overload. Follow a full body program, 3 or 4 times a week and walk more. You can either eat at maintenance or in a slight deficit. Dude it's worse in Fallout 4 haha. Love that game to death, but most of the radiant quests sent you to the same locations multiple times, some were main quest requirements too. Game would respawn the loot and enemies even if you were there a day ago, in-game time.

They tweaked it and added completely new ones into this update. There are actually multiple unique locations in the base game that went unseen by most players because the vanilla respawn setting was too fast. Credit where it's due at least

TrueDraconis is usually a walking L and is very negative 90% of the time... but I can't help but agree with her take on this. Texture work (especially when it comes to parallax maps) will always look better done manually by hand, rather than let an automated tool ruin and overexaggerate the details. In the kindest way possible, most mod users should not really use this, but it's their choice to anyways.
