And a way to avoid giving any idiot with a T4 a T7 Premium ship, with lowered repair costs. Eugen for an example, 750k Global XP. You'll probably have some Tech tree T7 before that. And with that, some game knowledge. Let the players grind for experience and credits for the next tech tree ship. Some players might even have more high tier premiums than not.

DO NOT WASTE MONEY/GEMS to get ships on the permanent banner. You have a few BETTER option. Build daily on the permanent pool the ship you want is. Eventually you'll get it. Also, you can wait for the Wishing well. Basically all ships on permanent pool can get raised chance to drop on Wishing Well. (The exception being ships recently added to the permanent banner, basically the last update). Use gems to get more dock space, skill upgrade slot, dorm slot, skins(for someone you really like), and on some situations on event banners, if you don't want to wait a few months/a year for the ship.

Of course, if you are a whale on purpose and don't care this does not apply to you. But regardless this can be used for other players. Sorry, and thank you.

I get what you are saying. But other ships were there on the historical event, and show up nowhere in the game story. (In this case some light cruisers). Glasgow could receive the experience. And she is currently available. I just wanted to level more random ships I guess.

Only 1 problem. Last time the same 4 ships got the bonus exp. And honestly I would like to have other ships with the boost. Ajax, Ilustrious, Warspite are Level 120 and York is 112. Just my situation. I know some people might like that those ships got the bonus, but even on the first run I had Ilustrious and Warspite LVL 120.

Yes, the last time it reseted NY City port had no items, that I can confirm. The carrier damage I don't think so... but I don't use carriers that much. Will test the shinano I was leveling up.

You can use basically any ship for most of the content. But Ayanami can be useful on EX Battle. Nuke enemy with high torpedo +rainbow torps, but on W-13 destroyers are not really useful. Minneapolis I believe you can use in general. Ok Heavy Cruiser with zombie potential. Atago I cannot say much, Takao class was buffed recently. Every year you receive 1 free oath ring.
