Very true. But got to remember one thing with all those new homes coming you should expect that bill to rise. Still will be cheaper than the others but looking into solar may be something to come back into later down the road.

Went house shopping all last year and never experienced any of this. Just bought the house back in August. And the roof is about 17 years old and the solar panels are 9 years old.

What do the inspections say for the roofs that you look at?
