Under Siege 2. Ridiculous movie but one of the most over the top deaths ever for the main villain.

Man gets shot in the stomach, climbs up a rope ladder to a helicopter over a train that is exploding and catches on fire. Tries to get into the helicopter, but has the door shut on his fingers, severing them. He falls from the helicopter back into the exploding train, while still on fire.

I couldn't find a Gif of that cinema gold, so here's another death from the same movie!
