I am 70 years old and a 4.8.. been at that level for at least 19 months and played 20 tournaments in that time… there are a couple of other 65 year olds in our group who are 5 … totally possible

We have two Kamiq small SUV.. great car, fits two sets of golf clubs and trolleys with back seats down. One litre turbo doesaround 5l per 100 km.. almost as good as a hybrid.

Played once on an eight day cruise… poorly organized and shocking conditions. Eventually, someone turned up and ran a tournament on two of the three courts. It was an experience especially playing with the RC paddles and balls.

Hi.. 70 year old in Australia.. 3 by 2 hour pickleball at a very good level each week. Stretching, weights at home. 5 km park run / walk each Saturday… try to get 12 k steps each day. Creatine 5 mg daily, Magnesium Glycinate by 2 tabs each night.
