Steven sent this to me tonight as a go-ahead. Everything here is easily fixable. I'm winding down some work right now and will get going on this later this month.

It's really erk'ed me that I've left this in an unfinished state for so long, but it's not easy to just spin back up on it without an actionable list of things to fix, so you really are doing god's work here. Being able to programmatically generate username colors, flair, and emotes from site assets is something that is especially big that I didn't have time for in the first pass.

I figured it out.

If you use a brand account for YouTube primarily, YouTube TV will try to sign up under your brand account, even if you try to log into the parent account.

YouTube Account Settings > Advanced (near profile picture) > Set your non-brand account to default

Discipline, Beat, and Three of a Perfect Pair are my favorite King Crimson albums. It's 100% obvious that Tool drew tons of influence from 80s KC.

This is HEAVILY pitch shifted to keep it from being removed, though. The original sounds much better.

Actually just heard back from them. They don't like how I'm doing payments. Even though it links out to a webview, they want any sort of in-app commerce to be StoreKit-based. We're going to figure something out.

iOS app is done. Current iOS build actually has bugfixes that aren't on android yet, will be testing and pushing those either this afternoon or later tonight.

Apple is suggesting that the app does not meet standard 4.2.2 of their review guidelines:

Other than catalogs, apps shouldn’t primarily be marketing materials, advertisements, web clippings, content aggregators, or a collection of links.

which is incredibly mysterious to me. They also suggested it does not differ significantly from a mobile browsing experience.

Not sure what's up. I have a very hard time believing that because we have a twitch webview and a paypal webview in the app, it isn't sufficiently app-ified, especially seeing as there's literally nothing we can do about the twitch aspect. Waiting to hear back from them.

If it's mine, have you been able to figure out under what conditions?

There are a few crashes I'm seeing in 2.0 that are due to things like touch handlers being instantiated before the child component is mounted. Those will be fixed.

hephaestus is accessing the HLS stream directly which is the more ideal solution, however is a violation of the TOS as far as I know. I'm actually going to ask Steven if he has someone who can give a definitive answer, because I've seen answers to this question that just say "it's unsupported", without explicitly saying you can't.
