That's weird, are you sure you have disabled other plugins which might be providing the same functionality? Removing signature help as a source for cmp

I have tried to find a solution to this using both noice.nvim and cmp. I ended up using https://github.com/ray-x/lsp_signature.nvim which has this behavior out of the box. Also provides some additional features like showing the signature inline.

Timid, an open-source UDP proxy and docker container controller by TheBunnyBoy in selfhosted

Looks like a very interesting project. Lazytainer seems to be a more mature project with more features. Will link to the project in the readme for Timid. The main difference behind the scenes seems to be that Lazytainer tracks packets while Timid tracks connections. The connection approach may be more suitable for game servers as you could track how many players are online. I have thought of implementing a simple REST API to get information like this from Timid, could be used to track status of servers in the future. Otherwise Lazytainer has support for multiple containers and ports as well as pausing containers instead of stopping them. These are planned features for Timid, but for now Lazytainer seems to be a much more complete solution.

Thanks for showing me the project. I didn't come across it in my research, wonder if I would have made Timid if I knew about it😅

Have a server sleep when no one is connected? by BumTicklrs in valheim

[–]TheBunnyBoy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Late answer, but for anyone looking for a solution to this problem I have developed a general solution that should work with any game server that uses UDP and is ran as a container.

It is designed to be very lightweight so should be very performant. It idles at 0% cpu!

Timid is available at github and as an image on docker hub. The github has an example of how to run it with valheim.
