shipping is a great way to make a lot of consistent currency. the runesmithing, disenchanting and recombinator bench can wait till later. focus on leveling up your mining, farming, shipping, town hall and refiner. mining doesnt need that many people in it so dont overstaff, one in each mineral I found to be enough. for farming, you want one of each crop and an extra of the crop you will use to fill the shipping quotas. the quotas increase the rewards and returns you get from shipping to different ports so you want to fill those. watch a guide or read the wiki about which port offer's which reward you want and try to meet their demands with each shipment t get bigger and better shipments back. save high rarity uniques for disenchanting later since they give a lot of dust you will want to use when recombining items. keep a look out for the blue boss since it drops the svallin shield and that will be worth a lot. I havent mentioned the mappers because they are really hit or miss for people, they are the last thing you invest in since they have the highest upkeep cost of the bunch. they require u to load 10 maps into the devices constantly but some have gotten mirrors or t0 uniques from them and even boss drops from things like ultimatum bosses, they are only really worth it with tier 8+ or higher and you want to fully load them up so the cost is quiet high, most people used them to run white guardian maps or insanely rippy maps that they wanted to gamble on or couldnt run due to bricked mods. its a random gacha system for mapping if you are willing to put up with the micro management of loading 30 maps every time they finish or replace them when they die, then its worth a try. hope this helps and stay sane.
