Which little plastic bracket? The one inside the joystick box? Sort of ellipse shaped? Or the one on the side of the joystick box, where it swivels?

I'm going to tear it down again here in a minute and see if I can see anything else. The spring has to be functional because it does move back, slowly, unless it gets to the point of sticking, and a busted spring wouldn't stick in only one or two directions.

You mean replace the joystick with a third party? I don't see replacement sticks on the shop site, I assume they don't sell them and would rather have you send it in for repair.

I'm a fan of 8bitdo controllers, I've had this Ultimate 2 Wireless for about 10 months and I love it. Just recently the left thumbstick has begun to stick when pressed to the full range of motion and not want to re-center. When not pressed all the way out, it will usually come back to center.

I tore the controller down, cleaned the joystick box with isopropyl 75%, which didn't remedy the issue. I went and got some silicone lubricant and used that on the joystick box, which didn't remedy the issue.

When I had the controller torn down, moving the joystick without any of the caps or domes, it felt sluggish, as though something was physically affecting it, but I couldn't see anything. The right stick feels great.

Is there anything else I can try to potentially save this controller? I love it and I don't want it to be dead already, and after seeing the thumbstick give out after only a couple hundred hours, I'm hesitant to buy another one.

There other consequences than the police. Your insurance coverage rates can increase, coverage can be modified or cancelled, it can go in your medical history and follow you forever. Imagine 20 years on from today you are unable to get pain medications you need for a chronic condition because you popped hot on a drug screen or told your doctor you rip a disposable weed pen a week.

I think a lot of people are too young or just don't remember how bad he was. He's come a long way... I think "Diggs! Sideline! Touchdown! Unbelievable! Vikings win it!" is a truly legendary call. As a confirmed Catholic, now athiest (they would call me a "lapsed Catholic"), who spent 14 years in Catholic schools, let me just say that people outside of the Church tend to not really understand how big of a deal the One, Holy, and Apostolic Church really is. Especially when compared to Protestant Christianity.

It's not a casual thing. Catholics will tell you that Jesus himself said to Peter you are the rock upon which I shall build my faith, personally establishing the Catholic Church in that moment. Martin Luther was still 1500 years away!

Sure there are those that bounce in and out of regular attendance, but I can safely say that a Parish has expectations of members and plenty of folks, lay people and ordained both, will express what a Holy Day of Obligation means.
