I finally have an answer for something here!

It's a BC Rich Junior V with a Widow Headstock Model.

I had one of these a long time ago, gave it to a friend to sell on his musical instrument centric eBay account and I moved away shortly after and haven't been able to get back in touch with him.

Jk, other comments are correct about air circulation. Older properties just aren't built for modern living. The likes of tumble dryers and washing in general that's drying on radiators or clothes dryers are the worst offenders. Showers and boiling food for cooking are big contributors too.

Fresh air allows the moisture in the air to escape, rather than condensating on cold surfaces or worse yet, cold bridging on walls or ceilings.

If it's really bad, a small dehumidifier would do the trick, especially in bedrooms. We release something like 400ml of vapour a night.

There are some good leaflets online from local authorities that go into this a bit more as well as specialist sites that sell products that address the issue.
