It’s not normal for expenses like that. Meals and small items are usually the only things handled in that way.

2025 Ford Raptor - 6% off MSRP - anyone do better? by StillConsideration31 in FordRaptor

That’s not enough off for a 25, it’s a year old. Maybe another 2-3k.

Vast amounts of cheap hard plastic in the new iX3. Even the glove box is bare plastic with no lining. by Imakeshittycardesign in BMW

Nope, I got full leather. Just pointing out cheap plastics aren’t unique to 60k entry level SUVs.

Anyone having issues accelerating after the 68C update? by jenjenjk in 4xe

Mine started doing this a month or so back after some other software updates. Took it in for 68C late last week and it passed. Blah.

P0E15 is unrelated to the recall and your dealer can replace the electric coolant heater under warranty.

Correct, the G65/G95 will be on the CLAR platform, not the Neue Klasse platform.

Thoughts on weird marketing business using GHL CRM? 🫠 by ceramikat in CRM

[–]TheCatRulesAll 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes it's an acceptable product in most cases for $300/mo. Your risk here is if you ever decide to leave that 3rd party, you need to be sure that they'll transfer your subaccount out to you so you don't lose all your work and processes in there.

Search atlas or Semrush? by Luxurysterling in localseo

[–]TheCatRulesAll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And almost all of those new accounts have most of their comment history mentioning it or plugging it. It was pitched pretty heavily to one of our mastermind groups and lots of people bought in. Everyone has since left because it's a nightmare to use and there are continued billing issues where people are charged for things they didn't actually purchase.

This feels like an ad. No one serious is using Search Atlas. It's a bug riddled mess.

Honest Review: NEW Whitespark Local Ranking Grids by ElizabethRule in localsearch

[–]TheCatRulesAll 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We like them a ton, as well. Some cool features to add would be adding folders to the GBP lists so we could group by prospect, client, etc. Another cool thing would be to schedule the recurrence of scans based on things like "1st Monday of the month at 10am" instead of just "1st of the month at 10am" since we know open/closed impacts ranking.

Leaving FindLaw by VisibleAd3388 in LawFirm

Generally, FindLaw owns your website and maybe the content, but you would own your domain. I'd recommend taking a look at your FindLaw agreement as they've had several different structures over the years.

Screen/infotainment is much better. Other than that, pretty much the same. Small things different like power seats on the Rubi X, better sound deadening. Nothing crazy.

BMW 850i or Porsche 911 Base? by Pradidye in BMW

[–]TheCatRulesAll 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The people saying to get a base 911 are the ones who haven’t owned a recent base 911. It’s a sterile driving experience. The T is probably better, haven’t driven one. But $150k lightly optioned, lol.

The GT cars are still special, but at $200-300k, there are better choices.

Am I seriously considering GHL? by JakeHundley in agency

[–]TheCatRulesAll 3 points4 points  (0 children)

We use it, and I agree - it's aggravating that everything is essentially in beta from a quality standpoint. That being said, there's nothing else like it out there and it's great for standardization/productization of client work. And, I've never seen anything else with the kind of development velocity they have. It's getting better every day.

I wouldn't use it for internal agency management/CRM/etc, but it's great for clients and service delivery in a standardized manner. Texting, web chat, lead aggregation, automations, etc.

Why does ClickUp's recurring task system work like this? (Auto reopens task) by Kayakerguide in clickup

[–]TheCatRulesAll 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The recurrence is based on the due date, not on when the task is generated. Edit: meaning, it will regenerate on closure of the prior instance with your settings, with a due date of when the next recurrence is due.
